The Porsche World Road Show has roared back into the Dominican Republic, delivering an exclusive driving experience to over 400 automotive enthusiasts. Running from February 5 to 16, the event covers 190 miles of scenic roads, featuring 26 high-performance models across Porsche’s six signature lines.

Casa de Campo residents and guests can get up close with some of Porsche’s most iconic models daily from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot of the Genesis nightclub at Altos de Chavón, offering a prime opportunity for photos and admire the cars before they hit the road.

A Test of Speed and Precision

From Santo Domingo to Casa de Campo, drivers put Porsche’s finest — including the  911 GT3 RS, Panamera, Cayenne, and the all-electric Macan — through their paces. Coastal highways and winding curves provide the perfect backdrop to showcase the brand’s signature engineering. At each of the 10 designated stops, participants can swap vehicles, getting a taste of each model’s power and handling.

A Star-Studded Lineup

Day two saw a turbocharged guest list, including Dominican racing champion Jimmy Llibre, automotive expert Gerardo Fernández of CarFactoryRD and entrepreneur Juan Roberto also known as Musa of of Global Refri Auto. Actor José Guillermo Cortines, filmmaker Federico Ozores, and Harold Abbott Llibre of the radio show Sobre Ruedas joined the ride.

The lineup continued with Fernely Lebrón, founder of Fast Element, automotive expert Miguel Liriano, and celebrated Dominican artist Manny Cruz, accompanied by his wife, Yeri Peguero. Other notable attendees included actor and singer Shalim Ortiz-Goico, fashion expert Patricia Acosta and media personality Alfredo Nin, who shared his excitement on social media after pushing the 911 GT3 RS to its limits.

Photographer Emmanuel Ramírez and journalist Celeste Pérez also captured every moment, highlighting the thrill of driving Porsche’s high-performance lineup. Pérez described the event as more than just a test drive, calling it “a tribute to speed, elegance and engineering excellence.”

A Legacy of Performance

Since 2000, the Porsche World Road Show has visited more than 45 countries, hosting over 45,000 participants. The seventh edition in the Dominican Republic underscores the brand’s commitment to blending luxury with adrenaline.

“This is an unparalleled opportunity for clients and media to experience Porsche’s DNA of performance and innovation,” said Porsche Center Santo Domingo CEO Jacinto Peynado in an official statement. Under the guidance of Porsche AG instructors Wimmr Daems, Darío García and Axel Hoffman, attendees navigated the course in a controlled yet electrifying environment.
