Phoning Casa de Campo: New Numbers

Ok, so for most this might be old news – but did you know the phone number for the COSTASUR switchboard has changed?

I normally dial “0” from our office and get transferred to wherever I want without a problem, but then when I dialed “809-523-3333” (as I have done for 3 years) from my mobile I was very politely informed that they could not transfer me….so in case you’re as behind as I am – here I bring you a quick summary of the new Casa de Campo and Costasur switchboard numbers.

The COSTASUR Switchboard: 809-951-1500
This is the number you dial to be transfered to a villa, Casa de Campo department, restaurant, the Marina Casa de Campo etc. 

The CASA DE CAMPO Swithboard: 809-523-3333
This number is now only good if you want to call the Casa de Campo hotel, for instance if you want to speak to a guest, the concierge or any other Casa de Campo service. They cannot transfer you to villas, restaurants, random people etc

Apparently this change came into effect on the 1st of October – so yes I am running on “Dominican Time” with this news but “better late than never”!!
