The Lincoln Lions beat the Saint Johns Tigers 5-1
On Thursday the 8th of October, the battle started. It was the Lincoln Lions against the Saint-John Tigers, the duel started at 5:00pm and lasted for around one hour and a half. The Lincoln Lions gave their all and ended up with five goals leaving the tigers with only one goal.
12th grade Abraham Lincoln pupils start community service at the Hogar Del Niño
I’ve always wanted to do something for the community, something that will have a positive effect for others. So that’s why when the opportunity to do some community service at the Hogar Del Niño came, I signed up immediately.
The governors of the Abraham Lincoln School welcome the new teachers
Harry Magee hosted a cocktail, in the Club de la Costa to welcome Abraham Lincoln’s newest teachers. It was a pleasant evening, where everyone had the opportunity to mingle with friends and colleagues and enjoy some tasty Dominican-strength drinks and Dominican food; cheese, ham, garlic bread, fried pork, and platano wrapped in bacon.
The Abraham Lincoln School Class of 2009 Graduation Ceremony
Last Thursday evening, June 18th, the Abraham Lincoln School celebrated their 2009 gradution ceremony at the Casa de Campo Conference Center. The Ceremony, which began at 7:30pm was packed with the students and teachers of the Abraham Lincoln School and of course the proud parents, family and friends of the 27 graduating seniors.
