History of the Tabacalera de Garcia – the world’s largest hand-rolled cigar factory.
The Tabacalera de Garcia was established in 1971 and is the world’s largest hand-rolled cigar factory and is located just outside of Casa de Campo, in the free zone.

Inauguration of «Equinos» photo-exhibit by Herminio Alberti Leon
Last Saturday the 16th of Januray a new art exhibit opened in the Altos de Chavon main art gallery in Casa de Campo and it was a great success, Herminio’s photos really are very beautiful and as always Casa de Campo’s art aficionados turned out in force to support the opening!

Last Friday the 8th of January, the Altos de Chavon Art Gallery opened it’s doors to showcase a very special art display ‘Drawing on Site and Sight.’
