We arrived in Casa de Campo in August, 1987. My husband had been invited by Casa de Campo general manager, Touran Rateb, and Food and Beverage Director, Kurt Tschamper, to move from Miami, Florida to Casa de Campo to direct the nine restaurants of Casa de Campo and Altos de Chavon.
