Everyone in Casa de Campo loves the annual Dueños weekend, a fun-filled event, when Costasur and Casa de Campo come together to jointly thank Casa de Campo’s villa owners (Dueños) for their loyal support over the years! This year the event began with the ‘Entrega de Regalos’

which means giving of presents and is when villa owners are given their ‘Dueños’ memorabilia; T-shirt, bag and cap. This year, as well as the presentation of the Dueños ‘goodie bags’ villa owners arrived to the Cacique Conference centre and were pleased to find many other activities going on….

In one corner of the room the Casa de Campo ‘alimentos y bebidos’ (catering) department were serving snacks and rum cocktails, whilst in the other corner of the room, Kidz n Casa were busy keeping the children amused (so that the parents could enjoy their cocktail in peace) and in between all of Casa de Campo’s other departments were displaying and promoting their sport/service – there was certainly plenty to see and do!

The team from Kidz n Casa did a fantastic job keeping the children happy and amused, with face painting, toys, games and even a visit from Camilo, Casa de Campo’s large green lizard! Kidz n Casa were also at the Dueños Bazaar 2010 in Altos de Chavon on Sunday the 10th of October, to see photos of that great event, click here.

And here are my photos of the various Casa de Campo departments representing their sport/service – all these displays were a great addition to the usual ‘entrega de regalos’ and as always all the staff were very helpful and friendly!
