Last Friday the 10th of December, Xiomara Menedez welcomed the ladies of Casa de Campo to her beautiful Casa de Campo villa, which had been transformed into a Christmas haven for the the Cafe de La Leche monthly gathering. The Cafe de la Leche is a monthly charity event to gather milk for the more than 200 babies cared for at the Hogar del Niño, but every December the ladies who attend the Cafe de la Leche are asked to donated chocolate and candies instead of milk – for the Hogar del Niño’s Christmas party! This year with well over 100 ladies at the event, enough candy was donated to fill a Santa’s Sleigh! The event was a true Christmas-style soiree with real home-made egg nogg, sangria and Christmas nibbles and was made extra special by the surprise visit of celebrity rapper Pitbull, who stopped by the event to show his support to the Hogar del Niño – as well as to meet all of Casa de Campo’s gorgeous ladies (of course!)
