On Friday May 30th, the community of La Romana will have the opportunity to support a great cause, with a concert featuring the performance of two Gospel music groups; Alfareros and Maranatha in benefit of the Clinica de Familia La Romana. This charity concert will be held at Eleoncio Mercedes Sports Center located in Padre Abreu Avenue.
The Clínica de Familia is a comprehensive community health services organization in La Romana, which runs one of the largest HIV clinics in the Dominican Republic, in addition to primary care services, an adolescent reproductive health clinic, and a specialized clinic for sex workers, among other programs.
By attending this concert you will be helping the Clinica de Familia La Romana provide health services to those most in need in the Dominican Republic.

Alfareros is a Gospel musical group created in 1995, with the objective of evangelization through the Christian music, incorporating innovative musical elements.
Their music is very contagious, full of tropical musical fusions, Alfareros has toured every corner of Dominican Republic, as well as, Latin America, United States of America, among other countries. Bringing the Gospel Word.

Maranatha is a Christian musical group, which as Alfareros bring the Gospel Word through the music with the traditional dominican rhythm “Merengue”; their music is very vibrant and entertaining.This group has travelled around the world sharing happiness and great music.
