MYTH: There are no Casa de Campo Villas available for under US$1 million I’ve often heard people comment “there are no Casa de Campo Villas available for less than a million” – which is totally untrue. Apart from “El Polo 28”, which is listed here, there are at least 33 other properties for sale for between US$500,000 and US$1million, as well as at least 9 apartments – a number that constitues rather a good selection of potential homes! There are even a small handful of apartments in Altos de Chavón, which can be snapped up for less than US$500,000 – although I will admit finding options for less than US$500,000 is more of a challenge!

The “El Polo” area of Casa de Campo is one of Casa de Campo’s newest neighborhoods, whilst traditional Casa de Campo villas either have a golf view or an ocean view – “El Polo” villas have the same open feeling as a golf villa, but with a view of Casa de Campo’s polo fields, which given the size of the polo fields affords El Polo homes a little more privacy than your average golf villa.
