National basketball champions Los Cañeros of La Romana will this Sunday June the 23rd play against the Titanes, the Licey team at the La Romana Sports Center at 6:00 pm.
This is a pre-season game to benefit to the Clínica de Familia in La Romana, a center dedicated to providing medical assistance to women and children with the HIV virus, as well as numerous support programs aimed at the greater La Romana community.

Clinica de Familia celebrates its 15 anniversary
On Friday, March 18, 2013 the Clínica de Familia La Romana (or, La Romana Family Clinic, in English), the largest non-governmental organization in the Eastern Dominican Republic focused on HIV care, treatment, and prevention, celebrated 15 extraordinary years working to improve the health and well-being of the La Romana.
