A beautiful destination wedding in Altos de Chavón and Casa de Campo

Congratulations to Teresa and Erasmo who recently celebrated their dream destination wedding in Altos de Chavón, Casa de Campo! Here we bring you romantic photos and story of a romantic wedding in paradise.  The wedding ceremony took place at sundown on April 29th 2012 at the St. Stanislaus Church in Altos de Chavón and was attended by Erasmo and Teresa’s close family and friends, who following the exchange of “I do’s” joined the happy couple at the Dye Fore Terrace, also in Altos de Chavón for dinner and dancing. The beautiful photos used in this article were contributed by Amanda Marie (details below) and were taken both during the wedding ceremony, the reception as well as during a private wedding photo shoot, which took place in Altos de Chavón. The following is a short interview with beautiful bride Teresa, who told us all about her wonderful destination wedding in Altos de Chavón and Casa de Campo: @cdcliving: Why did you choose Casa de Campo and Altos de Chavón for your wedding? Teresa: We choose Casa de Campo because we wanted to have a destination wedding. We have family and friends all over and we wanted a place that would be easy for everyone to go to and a place that everybody could enjoy. @cdcliving: Did your wedding live up to your expectations? Teresa: Yes, everything was great.

@cdcliving: Which places and activities did you and your family and friends enjoy whilst in Casa de Campo? Teresa: We went to Minitas beach, we went to the Marina Casa de Campo, Altos de Chavón and the guys played golf almost everyday. @cdcliving: Where did you spend your honeymoon? Teresa: After the wedding we spent three days alone in Casa de Campo, and then three days in Santo Domingo. @cdcliving: Do you have any plans to come back to Casa de Campo? Teresa: Of course, we loved it! @cdcliving: Had you visited Casa de Campo before? Teresa: No we had never been to Casa de Campo before we decided to have our wedding.

@cdcliving: Where did you meet? Tell us the story of your love! Teresa: We met in Nicaragua, I am from Honduras and he is from Nicargua, we were together for 7 years before getting married. @cdcliving: Which part of the celebration was the most special and why? Teresa: The entire weekend was amazing, it was a vacation with all our family and friends.
