As residents of Casa de Campo, we all share a commitment to keeping our community safe, orderly and enjoyable for everyone. With that in mind, a few important updates have been shared by Costasur regarding the use of vehicles within the resort. These changes are designed to ensure the continued safety of our environment, and it’s essential that we all stay informed.

Golf Cart Identification

One of the key measures currently in effect is the proper identification of golf carts. All golf carts must be clearly marked with the sector name and property number. This identification will improve the resort’s ability to monitor and assist residents and visitors when necessary.

Golf Cart Use by Employees

Golf carts operated by employees will now need prior approval from Costasur. Property owners or representatives must submit a request to administracioncs@costasur.com.do with the following details:

  • Sector name and property number
  • Employee’s ID and driver’s license
  • Photos of the cart, showing the correct identification and functioning front and rear lights

Each request will be evaluated individually, with approval granted at the discretion of Costasur. Please note that employees are not permitted to use motorcycles within the resort’s private villas.

No Driving for Minors

To preserve safety, minors — along with anyone without a valid driver’s license — are prohibited from operating golf carts, vehicles, motorcycles or four-wheelers on resort grounds. The rule also extends to the prohibition of go-karts within the resort.

Increased Security and Patrols

As of August 1, security checkpoints have been increased across the resort to help enforce these guidelines. It’s all part of an ongoing effort to preserve the peaceful environment we all enjoy.

By following these simple guidelines, we can all contribute to making sure Casa de Campo remains a safe community. If you have any questions or need further clarification, you can reach out to Costasur directly.
