Casa de Campo just got a taste of the French Riviera. Villa Minuty, an exclusive gastronomic lounge by Château Minuty, officially landed at the resort’s La Caña Bar for a one-year run.
This stylish pop-up is a collaboration between the renowned French winery and La Bodega de Manuel González Cuesta, Minuty’s exclusive distributor in the Dominican Republic, and it promises to transport guests straight to the shores of Saint-Tropez — no passport required.
A Soirée to Remember
To celebrate its launch on March 6, select guests traveled from La Bodega to Casa de Campo for an evening of wine, gourmet pairings and Côte d’Azur-inspired ambiance. Minuty Prestige Rosé and Minuty Prestige White took center stage alongside a menu crafted to complement their bright, crisp flavors. DJ Stephanie Gerardino set the tone with a playlist straight from the Riviera.

Minuty brand manager Gabriela Benoit welcomed attendees alongside key figures from Minuty and Moët Hennessy, including Anne-Victoire Matton, a fourth-generation member of Minuty’s founding family and Tino Scarabottolo, general manager for Moët Hennessy in the Caribbean.
Casa de Campo Meets Provence
According to Jason Kycek, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Casa de Campo Resort, the partnership aligns with the resort’s vision. “At Casa de Campo, we seek collaborations with brands that share our commitment to excellence and sophistication,” he said. “Villa Minuty reinforces our dedication to offering unique, memorable experiences for our community and guests.”

A Global Concept with Local Flair
Villa Minuty is part of the winery’s international initiative to transform luxury spaces into destinations embodying the Saint-Tropez lifestyle. After making waves in London, the concept has arrived at Casa de Campo, offering a lineup of tastings, events, and Mediterranean-inspired gastronomy. The menu, crafted by an expert chef, pairs seamlessly with Minuty’s finest selections, including Minuty Prestige White, Minuty Prestige Rosé, Château Minuty Rosé et Or, and Château Minuty 281.
A Legacy of Fine Rosé
Founded in 1936, Château Minuty remains one of Provence’s most esteemed wineries, renowned for its artisanal approach to rosé. With four generations dedicated to winemaking, Minuty has become synonymous with the Mediterranean lifestyle—one sip at a time.
For those craving a taste of the Riviera without leaving the Caribbean, Villa Minuty at Casa de Campo is pouring the perfect escape.
