Multiplaza La Romana will be the first mall in La Romana, so get ready for fabulous clothing stores, more food options, one of the best gyms in the country and much more!
Since La Romana is one of the fastest growing provinces in the Dominican Republic, currently with a population of 250,000 people, a shopping center is exactly what it was missing, and it will be only 10 minutes away from Casa de Campo!
The Multiplaza La Romana will be a two-story 28,000 m² complex that will only be a few meters away from the very center of La Romana. The mall will include around 80 venues with a variety of stores for different products such as: clothes, shoes, accessories, electronics, furniture, hardware stores and more. There will be no reason to go to Santo Domingo whenever you want to go shopping or even for emergencies! Multiplaza La Romana will have everything you need.
The food court will have 6 different options for your meals as well as a La Sirena Supermarket, that will have an area of 5,000 m² – imagine how many options for internationally and nationally manufactured products you will have! Additionally, there will also be good selection of different restaurants.
For all our movie lovers, the Multiplaza La Romana will have a cinema with a huge concession stand, with all the popcorn and candy one could ask for, and 7 screens – which means more choices in movies than ever. There will also be a play-area, in order to provide a safe recreational environment for children.
And for all of those that can’t go a day without going to the gym, Multiplaza La Romana will have the famous Golds gym – equipped with only the best equipments and providing a variety of services.
Do not worry about having to leave the mall to go to the bank, there will be many banks and other types of financial institutions on the 2nd floor as well.
Did you say Parking? Well, for a shopping center that is surrounded by 3 major highways/streets and that will have around 600 parking spaces available – it seems like parking will not be a problem!
