la cantina altos de chavonLa Cantina latin bistro in Altos de Chavón officially re-opened following their remodel last Saturday the 22nd of June and will tomorrow (Saturday June 29th) be celebrating with a re-opening party to showcase their new decor and menu.  la cantina altos de chavon You’re going to love the new La Cantina “look” created by Architect Edwin Ulloa. It’s lighter and brighter and just looks “cooler” in general!
“I guess we just wanted to make the ambiance a bit more tropical by bringing out the natural colors of the wood deck and tables and adding a lot of greenery to contrast the rocky Chavón setting.”

To mark the occasion, from 6pm, La Cantina will be serving up complimentary picaderas and other tasty treats from their new menu. On the new menu you’ll find a great selection of Mexican, Latin American and Dominican foods, such as Tequeños (RD$150), Mahi Mahi Steak (RD$450), Chilaquiles (RD$195), Tacos (from RD$295), Burgers (from RD$250), and much more… you can view the full menus by clicking on the images below.
