On the evening of Saturday the 9th of June 2012, the 4th annual Dewar’s 12 Golf Tournament came to a spectacular close with a prize-giving ceremony and spectacular party held on the outdoor terrace at the La Piazzetta restaurant in Altos de Chavón.
It was 10pm by the time the more than 150 golfers and their swanky guests made their grand entrance to the “Dewar’s 12 Party Lounge”, where the famous, cute and gorgeous DJ Gem got the party started with her legendary mix of up-beat tunes and where they were greeted by the event’s main attraction – the 12 beautiful models and hostesses…..

There in the middle of the magically electric blue lights that brightened up this particularly beautiful 16th century style restaurant, the tanned golfers and guests (thanks to a super hot day on the Teeth of the Dog golf course), enjoyed cigars, delicious Dewar’s 12 cocktails and nibbles prepared by Casa de Campo at the La Piazzetta restaurant.
And before the party came to it’s full climax – with a merengue band, famous Dominican golf player and sports TV host, Félix Olivo; Manuel Machado, the new Brand Manager for Dewar’s 12 whiskey and the 12 gorgeous models dressed in elegant white attire were introduced by Mistress of Ceremonies and former Miss Dominican Republic, Eva Arias, who also led the prize giving ceremony – in which José Tomás Contreras and Luis Namnum were crowned the overal winners with the best gross score of 66!
The numerous prize-winners were awarded trophies designed in the shape of Dewar’s 12 bottles, here we share the list of winners for the Dewar’s 12 golf tournament 2012, played that same day on Casa de Campo’s most famous golf course – the Teeth of the Dog:
