On Friday the 15th of June 2012, Marat Legal, who with more than 30 years experience in law hosted a cocktail at La Enoteca wine bar in the Marina Casa de Campo to celebrate the opening of their new offices in the “Zona Franca” (free zone), located in La Romana – just outside of Casa de Campo.

Manuel and Raisa Tapia and their son Ramon Tapia of family law firm Marat Legal, hosted their guests of friends, family and satisfied clients on the beautiful outdoor terrace of La Enoteca on the Plaza Portofino, which boasts a fabulous view of the Marina Casa de Campo and a wonderfully refreshing breeze.
Guests enjoyed Korbel Rosé champagne with picadera at sunset and later even enjoyed a little music and dancing!

For Marat Legal, the celebration marked a great day in their 30 year history. Since 1978, the family firm founded by the late Dr. Ramón Tapia Espinal with his daughter Lic. Mercedes Esperanza Tapia López and Lic. Manuel Ramón Tapia López, who is now the head of the operation have concentrated their base of operations in the country’s capital city, Santo Domingo, but our now very proud and excited to expand to La Romana, where they already have a faithful base of clients – including the Central Romana Corporation and the Tabacalera de Garcia.“We are excited to continue providing the best possible service to our existing clients and our new clients in the La Romana – Bayahibe area.
