This past weekend, the 8th and 9th of June 2012, the 4th annual Dewar’s 12 Golf Tournament hosted by 12 stunning bikini girls was played with much joy and plenty of whiskey in Casa de Campo.
For the 150 golfers lucky enough to be invited to play in this year’s edition of the tournament, known as one of the most popular and certainly most fun golf tournaments in the Casa de Campo calendar, the event offered the perfect combination of fine liquor (Dewar’s 12 whiskey of course), world-class golf (on the Caribbean’s #1 golf course – the Teeth of the Dog) and the fine female form (in the shape of 12 perfectly honed and toned swimsuit models.)
Over the course of the tournament, golfers, their guests and numerous VIP special guests from the Casa de Campo community enjoyed an endless succession of events; a welcome cocktail at Peperoni Restaurant in the Marina Casa de Campo, an entertaining round of golf on the Teeth of the Dog, poker, cigars and snacks in the Dewar’s 12 Club House, followed by the prize-giving and after-party in Altos de Chavón.

On Friday the 8th of June, the 4th annual Dewar’s 12 golf tournament started with a sizzling cocktail party at the Marina Casa de Campo’s most swanky restaurant; Peperoni, where the tournaments 150 players and guests enjoyed Dewar’s 12 on the rocks and were introduced to the curves of their glamourous hostesses for the first time.
Bright and early from 8:30am on Saturday morning the 9th of June the elegantly attired golfers of the Dewar’s 12 golf tournament gathered at the “Dewar’s 12 Club House” where they enjoyed a full breakfast, before the tournament was officially inaugurated with the “saque de honor” performed by the beautiful bikini girls and the gentlemen set off in their golf carts fully stocked with their own supply of Dewar’s 12!
As the golfers toured around the Teeth of the Dog they encountered many surprises and “pitstops” where they entertained, refreshed and fed themselves in between occasionally hitting a golf ball!
All around the Teeth of the Dog golf course the golfers were treated to the beautiful and glamorous presence of the bikini girl Models – and at one point were even treated to a rather eye-popping photo shoot!
On the evening of Saturday the 9th of June, the 4th annual Dewars 12 Golf Tournament came to a spectacular close with a prize-giving ceremony and spectacular party held on the outdoor terrace at the La Piazetta restaurant in Altos de Chavón.
Before the party came to it’s full climax with a merengue band and DJ, Félix Olivo, led the prize giving ceremony in which José Tomas Contreras and Luis Namnum were crowned the overal winners with the best gross score of 66.
