The “Sport and Cultural Project”, an initiative, which through the construction of a sports stadium, will provide the Hogar del Niño’s students as well as the La Romana community, with a safe place to enjoy both sports and cultural events, already has 50% of the funds needed to begin the first stage of construction!

This is what the “Sports and Cultural Project” will look like!
The “Sports and Cultural Project”, is designed to provide the Hogar del Niños’ children and many young boys and girls in La Romana with a safe place where they can enjoy their sports and cultural pursuits.
Thanks to many residents of La Romana and Casa de Campo, the “Sports and Cultural Project”, has already gathered 50% of the money required to start off the construction of the spectacular facility – a result of the magical Piano concert performed by Maria Pia Fazio de Carlo and live auction which took place on Friday 25th of November, which was celebrated to raise money for the project.

The first stage is creating an “open” arena and during the second stage a roof will be added so that the facility can be used whatever the weather!
Congratulations! And many thanks to all the Casa de Campo villa owners, residents and members of the Casa de Campo community who have already contributed funds to help drive this project forward.
