Last Friday the 25th of November, LOL Productions from Quebec Canada were in Altos de Chavón filming scenes for “El Zorro”, a TV series currently being filmed in the Dominican Republic with the collaboration of Dominican production company, Media World Dominicana.
Filming started early on Friday morning and continued all day in Altos de Chavón with scenes being shot around the Altos de Chavón main plaza.
Sadly “Zorro” was not being played by Antonio Banderas, but regardless the filming drew a crowd of tourists, who enjoyed watching the passionate fighting scenes being played out with Altos de Chavón church and Papa Jacks as a back drop.
