The Halloween Party last Saturday the 30th of October, organised by Casa de Campo residents; Ivonna, Patricia, Gricelle, Amelia and Tato was spooktastically fun! Towards the end of the evening, after a lot of dancing, more than a few drinks and a bowl of Sancocho the Costume Contest winners were announced! This year the judges for the contest were the organisers themselves, with Ivonna Sosa on the microphone, luring the competitors onto the dance floor to do a show before she awarded the prizes!

The prizewinners were:

Best Costume: Patricia Proaño, as a bubble bath! Prize: A massage at the Cygalle Healing Spa

Most Spooktacular: Leo Proaño, as the Joker from Batman Prize: A water ritual at the Cygalle Healing Spa (Leo was the winner of this category last year as well, with an impressive Devil costume.)

Best Couple: Sharon Perez and Angel Luis Peguero as the Pimp and Ho! Prize: A romantic dinner for 2 at the Beach Club by Le Cirque

Most Original: Lily Vanbalberghe as a fighter Prize: Dinner for 2 at the La Caña Restaurant and Lounge by Il Circo

Funniest Costume: Pedro Lahoz, as a punk rocker Prize: A bottle of champagne (This prize was awarded more for his funny dancing than for his costume!)

Unfortunately because some people left too early to receive their prize, we would like to make a special mention to the following people who also had AWESOME costumes:

The Most Original : Veronica de Genatios as the Mona Lisa This prize was meant for Veronica, but unfortunately she left early!

The Best Couple: Enrique and Sarah de Castro – the Dominican Chopos This prize was also meant for the Chopos, but unfortunately they left early too!
