UPDATE! This exhibit will be opening on Thursday the 26th of May. For the students of the Altos de Chavón School of Art and Design, this is their last week of school and to celebrate the end of the school year, the school and the students are presenting an ‘End of Year’ exhibit which opens today, Wednesday the 25th of May. Thursday the 26th of May. At 7.30pm, the exhibit, which will be on display at the Altos de Chavón Art Gallery, will be officially inaugurated with an opening cocktail and you are cordially invited to join the celebration. Having spent the last year, improving and advancing their artistic, creative and design abilities, this is the student’s chance to proudly show-off all they have achieved, whilst it is your opportunity to see for yourself what is actually done at the Altos de Chavón Art and Design School. The students at the Altos de Chavón Art and Design School are not all painters, the students study a huge range of courses and each one has a unique set of talents and skills – this will be obvious to see when you go visit the exhibit. On display you will see clothing creations by the Fashion Design students, computer designs by the Graphic Design and Illustration Students, as well as paintings by the Fine Arts students and even some sculptures and models.
