Are you a ‘foodie’? Do you enjoy good food? Me too!! Well this week, Casa de Campo is thrilled to welcome 2 star chefs; Craig Hobson and Michael Galata from New York City who will be cooking in Casa de Campo’s best restaurants La Caña Restaurant and Lounge by Il Circo and the BeachClub by Le Cirque.
Craig Hobson, the chef at Le Cirque New York and Michael Galata, the chef at Il Circo New York arrived into Casa de Campo yesterday and will begin work in the La Caña and the Beach Club by Le Cirque restaurants – cooking up delicious specials for lunch and dinner clients, as well as recreating the menus at both restaurants – the main reason for their visit.
Hobson and Galata will be preparing the new menus for both restaurants along with new Beach Club chef, Luca Banfi and from what we have already seen from Luca we can expect some exotic twists on delicious classic dishes – Luca’s most recent culinary creations (published on the Beach Club by Le Cirque’s Facebook profile) were the ‘Pizza Casa de Campo’ with fresh mango, chorizo and a mint pesto, tomato sauce and mozzarella and the ‘Surf n Turf Special’ grilled ribeye, pancetta and rosemary mashed potato, lobster involtino with mustard vinaigrette and fried plantain!
The 2 chefs only plan to be in Casa de Campo for 4 days, which y my calculations means they leave on Saturday or Sunday this week – so for your chance to enjoy the cooking of these New York chefs, make your reservations now for fine dining at the Beach Club by le Cirque and La Caña.
