It’s the Cafe de la Leche this Friday the 8th of July with the honorable host of the event is the Casa de Campo resort – meaning we can be sure to expect something extra special AND don’t worry they have a wet weather plan and lots of umbrellas so come rain or shine the event will go ahead!

The Cafe de la Leche will take place this Friday the 8th of July from 5pm to 7pm in the main Casa de Campo hotel area – by the pool (come shine) or inside the La Caña by Il Circo Restaurant and Lounge (come rain) and everyone is invited to join the event, where not only will you be contributing to local charity, the Hogar del Niño a children’s day care and education centre in La Romana town but you will also enjoy some of Casa de Campo’s most delicious delicacies preferred by the very best chefs, delicious drinks and cocktails, as well as a tour of the newly renovated Casa de Campo kitchen.

Sunny (not raining) – the Casa de Campo hotel pool area
Raining – inside the La Caña by Il Circo Restaurant and Lounge
Contribution: The event is free to attend, but attendees are requested to bring a contribution of milk, baby formula or cereals to be donated to the Hogar del Niño

During this Friday’s Cafe de la Leche gathering, guests will be invited on a tour of Casa de Campo’s kitchen facility – which recently underwent a 12 million dollar renovation and boasts the very best top-of-the-line equipment ensuring that all Casa de Campo foods adhere to the strictest food safety and hygiene guidelines.

About the Cafe de la Leche
The Cafe de la Leche is a monthly charitable event, a little like a coffee or a tea party held for the ladies of Casa de Campo (although men are occasionally invited) to boost the milk supplies of the Hogar del Niño in La Romana – which uses the milk to feed the more than 200 babies cared for daily in it’s crib room. Everyone is welcome to attend this great event, it’s totally free – you are just requested to bring some dried/powdered milk, cereals or baby formula to contribute. Each month the event takes place in a different location within the Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana – usually in the Casa de Campo villas of the Hogar del Niños many supporters.
