Back in February this year, Courtney Greenberg a student from Canada discovered Casa de Campo for the first time and fell in love with our little piece of paradise (quiet understandably), here she shares with us a tale of her time here, illustrated with a few of her own photos.
My First Visit to Casa de Campo by Courtney Greenberg
For a week in February, Casa de Campo was my playground. With its delicious restaurants, picturesque marina and the beautiful stone walls of Los Altos, my vacation turned into an adventure.
Some of the main activities included driving by the real estate, stopping to gasp and gawk at the houses, and then continuing on to the beach.

The clearblue water was the host of many events: water polo, snorkeling and swimming. Aftercooling off in the ocean, the tennis courts were my next destination, allowing for a morevigorous workout than at the beach.

Nights were spent eating along the starlit marina, at Limoncello, or going to an early movie at the theatres. On the weekends, I enjoyed thenightlife at Onnos, a mixture of locals and visitors, all enjoying music and drinks. Casade Campo is a hidden wonderland, filled with kind people, amazing weather and greatfood. (If that’s not a vacation, I don’t know what is!).
