Kyra Montague is a long-time Casa de Campo resident, who owns and runs ‘Ki-Ra Centro Holistico’ – a holistic treatment centre in La Romana which offers massage, detox programs, reflexology, yoga and cooking classes and is now offering ‘Ayurvedic Food Baquets.’
These very special Ayurvedic food banquets are being prepared by Kumar, who is an Indian chef extraordinaire and internationally well known chef and holistic food consultant, who will produce an exotic banquet based on Ayurvedic philosophy. Following the food Kumar will give a lecture on the importance of using healthy food ingredients in cooking and techniques used in the elaboration process and their health benefits.
