HAPPY FATHERS DAY! Today July the 31st is Father’s Day in the Dominican Republic – so to all fathers in the Dominican Republic and/or all fathers from the Dominican Republic currently in other parts of the world and just to fathers everywhere – HAPPY FATHERS DAY, we hope you have a wonderful, restful day with your friends and family!

Fathers Day in Casa de Campo!
Here are a few perfect dad-friendly activities you can do in Casa de Campo with your dad on his special day:

  1. Golf! Most men (especially dad’s) love to play golf. So why not take your dad out on one of Casa de Campo’s golf courses – I recommend the Dye Fore (the others are currently closed), hit a few balls into the wind and let him beat you – in honor of his special day of course!
  1. The Cygalle Healing Spa. I know, I know a spa day is such a womanly thing to do, but in my experience, when forced to relax men love a good massage and soak in a hot tub!
  1. Shooting! Shooting is such a manly sport – so why not take your dad up to the Casa de Campo shooting centre and bond over a rifle and spent cartridge shells?
  1. Dinner and Drinks! Everyone loves dinner and drinks, treat your dad to a lovely meal in one of Casa de Campo’s wonderful restaurants, the Beach Club by Le Cirque perhaps? Or maybe a hot spot in the Marina Casa de Campo? Wherever you decide to go, you can guarantee if he’s not paying – he’ll have a great time!
  1. The Casino Diamante Dominicus Bayahibe! Although not inside Casa de Campo, the Casino Diamante Dominicus Bayahibe is less than a 30 minute drive away, in nearby Bayahibe and is a great, fun place to spend an evening winning (or losing) at your favorite game – poker, black jack, chemin de fer or the slot machines perhaps?
  1. Shopping! Treat your dad to a new guayabera, Hippólito in the Marina Casa de Campo have up to 50% discounts – so there’s no better time to be ‘generous’!! And whilst you’re in the Marina Casa de Campo, why not buy your mum something special too? The Bibi Leon store has discounts of up to 40%, so you could buy her a beautiful hand painted purse, plate or salad dish!
