Hacienda Higueral: Horseback riding in the beautiful Dominican Countryside!

Casa de Campo is a small paradise within the Dominican Republic, but outside of Casa de Campo there is incredible Dominican countryside waiting to be discovered – and what better way to explore than on horseback?

Casa de Campo is now offering special horseback riding tours from the Hacienda Higueral, a short bus-ride outside of Casa de Campo. The activity, which takes riders on a journey through the Dominican ‘outback’ is available in 2 hour or 4 hour rides, with the option to enjoy a nice open-air picnic at the end!

As the tour is only available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and only for groups of 4 or more – make sure you book in advance! Booking details and prices can be found on the flyer below.

Hacienda Higueral is a beautiful historic ranch dedicated to the breeding of cattle and horses located just 20 minutes from Casa de Campo.  Here our guests will have the opportunity to see first hand our cowboys working with the cattle and horse herds as they ride through scenic cane fields, open pastures and lagoons.
