Dear Casa de Campo Living readers,
I am proud to announce that I, along with my boyfriend and sister managed to party hard enough and long enough on New Year’s Eve to watch the sunrise over Playa Minitas. Of course, being your very mature Casa de Campo Living Editor, I wanted to go home to bed MUCH earlier (those of you who know me will know that I am not joking!), but alas I was forced to start the New Year slightly inebriated and rather dishevelled…….
As the sun rose, the final few hundred stragglers (or party maniacs) continued to dance, stagger about, some even took to lying on Playa Minitas’ sun loungers, while others took a dip in the sea.
The below photos show the final few hours of the party: from 5am to 7.30am (when I finally managed to convince my company to take me home!)
