On the 27th of February, the Dominican Republic celebrated Independence Day ‘Dia de La Independencia,’ for which Candiver Bienvenido wrote an article entitled ‘La Bandera Dominicana,’ here Candiver teaches us to cook ‘La Bandera’ the Dominican Republic’s national dish.
