SENSES! Wine and liquor tasting courses at the Casa de Campo Yacht Club

The Casa de Campo Yacht Club is re-positioning itself to become a social hub for the residents of Casa de Campo – a place where Casa de Campo community members can go for a drink, a bite to eat and relax with friends (I’m hoping a little but like a pub in England!) The first of their many upcoming social events for the year 2011 will be the ‘Senses’ tasting course.

‘Senses’, which is a series of 3 courses; a wine tasting, and 2 liquor tastings, will be launched with a introductory cocktail on Friday the 25th of February at 6pm at the Casa de Campo Yacht Club. The introductory cocktail is completely free to attend and is open to everyone in the Casa de Campo and La Romana community (members and non-members of the Casa de Campo Yacht Club) – the idea is to enjoy a cocktail with friends whilst also learning a little more about the courses available.

Here are a few details about the actual ‘Senses’ courses, which will begin from March the 11th:

ABC WINE Experience 1
When: Friday 11th, 18th  and 25th of March, 6pm-8:30pm
Price: USD$95 per person (Casa de Campo Yacht Club members are entitled to a 5% discount)

Spirit Experience 1
When: Friday 15th of April, 6pm-8:30pm
Price: USD$60 per person (Casa de Campo Yacht Club members are entitled to a 5% discount)

Spirit Experience 2
When: Friday 29th of April, 6pm-8:30pm
Price: USD$75 per person (Casa de Campo Yacht Club members are entitled to a 5% discount)
