Keri and Kristin are two recent graduates from the United States who are currently working as volunteers at the Hogar del Niño. Over the Christmas holidays, while the Hogar del Niño is closed they are working VERY hard on a project they are calling ‘mission makeover.’ The concept of ‘mission makeover’ is to totally transform the Hogar del Niño’s lower school classrooms and the Sala Cuña (the crib room) by painting murals, creating rug areas, and equipping areas for dress up and imaginative play, block building, play-doh sculpting, reading, sensory tables, writing, math games and many other activities.

Here the girls send you a message:

«The first two days of Mission Makeover are complete and we wanted to share some pictures of our progress thus far! Don ‘t forget, the Casa de Campo Living sponsored supply drive is still underway. During the Holiday Season all donations should be brought to Club de la Costa reception and labeled for Mission Makeover . We will continue our work throughout the next few weeks and will update you with photos of our progress as well as drive updates.»

PLEASE help the girls with this admirable and challenging task!

They need donations of the following supplies to help with the makeover:
