This year’s tournament has already begun, with the first match taking place last Saturday the 9th of April. The tournament continues all of this week, as well as through next week (Semana Santa), ending with the finals on Saturday the 23rd of April, which just happens to be Sábado Santa (and everyones favorite excuse to party) – when the finals will be celebrated with a big blow out party, which although we have not yet heard all the details will (we hope) involve champagne!!!
Polo, is of course not all about the champagne and parties, it also happens to be a very exciting, nail-biting, fast-paced game to watch, so if you have any spare time over the next few weeks, you may enjoy watching one of the tournament games, which will be taking place on the Casa de Campo Polo Fields.
