This Saturday the 16th of April, the Fundacion MIR is treating the ladies of Casa de Campo to a fabulous lunch, bazaar and fashion show being held at the La Romana Country Club.
Starting from 12pm, ladies of Casa de Campo are inviting to enjoying a delicious buffet lunch, shop at the MIR Bazaar, where you will find a variety of tempting products for sale (lots of jewelry, clothes and other things us ladies can’t have enough of!). And for our entertainment, during the lunch a fashion show by Sissy Bermudez, called ‘Collecion Sabor a Mi Tierra’ will take place!
If you can’t make the lunch don’t worry, the MIR Bazaar will be open from 9am to 9pm from Thursday the 14th to Sunday 17th of April, so there will be plenty of time and opportunity for shopping all week and weekend!
The MIR Bazaar is taking place as part of the ‘Sugar Open’ Golf Tournament, taking place this week from Wednesday the 13th of April through to Saturday the 16th of April, when a prize-giving ceremony and dinner will be held at the La Romana Country Club. The golf tournament will be played on Casa de Campo’s many world famous and Pete Dye designed golf courses, the Teeth of the Dog, the Dye Fore and the Links, whilst the occasion will be celebrated with a cocktails, dinners and drinks at varias locations throughout Casa de Campo.
The Sugar Open Golf Tournament and MIR Bazaar is held every year in aid of the Fundacion MIR, a non-profit organization which works to provide eduction and health services to the children and people of La Romana most in need. To read more about the Fundacion MIR, click here.
