This Sabado Santa was awesome – the weather was perfect and Casa de Campo was full with happy, smiling people ready to have fun!
I’ve said before that Casa de Campo Living is THE place to be seen in Casa de Campo and so congratulations to the couple in the photo above – not only do you both look fantastic, but you made Casa de Campo Living!!
The activities of Semana Santa very definitely came to a peak on Sabado Santa (Saturday April the 3rd) – when Playa Minitas and no doubt Palmilla were overflowing with Casa de Campo residents and visitors enjoying a little relaxing and pre-partying before the Daddy Yankee concert and the White Party by Praia.
As we had to attend the massively glamourous and exciting V Polo Tournament we were unable to jet off to Palmilla (sigh), but instead were more than happy to enjoy a delicious lunch at the Beach Club by Le Cirque. As you can see from my photos the beach was packed, as was the restaurant – although, I’m pleased to say that even when busy the service and food were still excellent. Their Tuna Tartare is fantastic!

Behind the Beach Club by Le Cirque, Praia were busy setting up for the White Party, where they were putting the final finishing touches to the stage, lighting etc. Ever the avid reporter, I snuck in and took a few photos of the set-up in daylight – I’m sure you’ll agree it looked so different with champagne goggles and at night!

It looks like if you wanted to be adventurous, you could have snuck in for free!
