ERH Marine and INFOTEP Offer First Aid Training for Captains

ERH Marine, the Dominican Republic’s leading yacht distributor, this week teamed up with INFOTEP and hosted a First Aid training course for captains, which was held in their beautiful owner’s lounge and office here in the Marina Casa de Campo.

Here Eduardo Hernandez, Business Development Manager at ERH Marine, tells us more about this interesting project:

ERH Marine and the Instituto Tecnico Profesional (INFOTEP) partnered to offer its clients’ Captain’s, as well as the Marina Casa de Campo Dock Tenders, a First Aid Course at its Marina Office in Casa de Campo.

This is the first of a series of training courses aimed at improving our Captain’s and Marina personnel’s training and experience, with the ultimate aim of providing a more safe and pleasant boating experience for clients.

During the course, the participants learned the basics of CPR;Cardio-Pulmonar Reanimation, hemorrhage treatment, and Burns Treatment, through a combination of theoretical and practical exercises.
