The new hotel main area will be unveiled to the public in only 12 days and you’re going to be overwhelmed by how gorgeous it is! The entire area been sculpted and designed to perfection,to look simply stunning whilst also being 100% wheelchair accessible. In the above photograph you can see the steps leading down from the ‘grassy square’ (which has now been turned into a rectangle) to the main pool area. To the right of the steps, where the man in black is standing is the entrance to a wheelchair lift (which can also be used for baby’s buggies), which will take those who required it up and down to the main pool area.
All the other areas are accessible via flat, smooth surfaces and slight inclines – not a single ugly yellow metal ramp in sight! By considering and planning for wheelchairs in advance the hotel has created a beautiful space, easily accesible and manavourable for wheelchairs, without highlighting the fact.
