El tama\u00f1o de la porci\u00f3n es importante y debe mantenerse en alrededor de 4 oz para que el entrenamiento no interfiera con la digesti\u00f3n. Aseg\u00farese de que est\u00e1 bien hidratado. Una comida l\u00edquida, como la prote\u00edna de suero de leche, debe contener una proporci\u00f3n de 1 gramo de prote\u00edna por cada 4 gramos de hidratos de carbono y debe ser consumido inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de su entrenamiento. Tomar una bebida verde (una combinaci\u00f3n de la espinaca, la col rizada, pepinos, apio y otras verduras) puede ayudar a acelerar la recuperaci\u00f3n un 50 por ciento mediante el aumento de la alcalinidad y contrarrestar los efectos del \u00e1cido l\u00e1ctico producido por el entrenamiento de fuerza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aproximadamente una hora m\u00e1s tarde de una comida l\u00edquida debe consumir por un aperitivo que contenga una prote\u00edna magra y un hidrato de carbono complejo. Algunas buenas opciones son claras de huevo y avena, pavo y batata, o pollo y arroz salvaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQUIERES BAJAR DE PESO?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la p\u00e9rdida de grasa es su objetivo, Sim\u00f3 recomienda ejercitarse a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana con el est\u00f3mago vac\u00edo. Esto obliga al cuerpo a utilizar sus reservas de energ\u00eda y descomponer la grasa para obtener energ\u00eda. En lugar de un aperitivo despu\u00e9s del entrenamiento, es mejor consumir un desayuno completo alrededor de una hora despu\u00e9s.
