El color naranja de la calabaza tiene un alto contenido de betacaroteno, que es ideal para nuestros ojos y nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico. Sazonar con sal y pimienta, 1 cda. de aceite de oliva, y cubrir con todas las hierbas frescas. Cocine la calabaza a 375F durante aproximadamente 45 minutos, volte\u00e1ndola por ambos lados, (el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n puede variar dependiendo de como cort\u00f3 las piezas de calabaza). Sabr\u00e1 que est\u00e1 listo cuando est\u00e9 completamente cocinado y ligeramente asado. Deja que la calabaza se enfr\u00ede, quita sus semillas y quita la piel. \u00a1Las semillas pueden tostarse en el horno y luego usarse para coberturas en sus ensaladas o como un refrigerio salado!
