Desde su apertura en <a href=\"https:\/\/casadecampoliving.com\/es\/pubbelly-sushi-esta-abierto\/\">diciembre de ese a\u00f1o<\/a>, han atra\u00eddo la atenci\u00f3n de muchos miembros de la comunidad y continuar\u00e1n haci\u00e9ndolo ahora con su reci\u00e9n nombrado chef de cocina, Steve Provost.<br>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/casadecampoliving.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Casa-de-Campo_6739-pubbelly.jpg?resize=1000%2C667&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-141322\" height=\"667\" width=\"1000\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/casadecampoliving.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/IMG_9433-683x1024-2.jpg?resize=351%2C527&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-141324\" height=\"527\" width=\"351\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pubbelly Sushi est\u00e1 situado en la Marina Casa de Campo y desde que se anunci\u00f3 la apertura del restaurante, la comunidad se pregunt\u00f3 c\u00f3mo se comparar\u00eda dada la popularidad de los otros restaurantes bajo el grupo. El original Pubbelly Gastropub abri\u00f3 sus puertas en 2010 en Miami Beach y fue tan exitoso que el Pubbelly Restaurant Group ahora posee y opera 6 restaurantes con 5 conceptos distintos, uno de ellos Pubbelly Sushi \u2013 cuyo concepto es <strong>\u201cAsian Fusion, Gastropub, Small Plates \/ Tapas \u201c.<\/strong> Su men\u00fa ahora experimentar\u00e1 un ligero cambio con la adici\u00f3n del chef Steve Provost, que ahora forma parte del equipo como el nuevo cocinero de Pubbelly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Steve Provost naci\u00f3 en Venezuela de un padre franc\u00e9s y madre dominicana, y actualmente est\u00e1 casado con una mujer dominicana con la que tiene una hija de un a\u00f1o y medio de edad. Graduado del Centro de Formaci\u00f3n Acad\u00e9mica de Francia con estudios adicionales en Artes Culinarias y Gesti\u00f3n de Servicios Alimentarios, ha realizado estudios complementarios de Vollailes et Viande y Fusion Asie de la Escuela de Formaci\u00f3n Alain Ducasse de Par\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comenz\u00f3 su carrera en 2001 en Manray Restaurant, Nueva York y en 2004 se traslad\u00f3 a Francia cuando acept\u00f3 la posici\u00f3n de Line-Prep Cook en el restaurante L\u2019Aubergade. En 2006, el restaurante La Cote Saint Jaque y luego en 2007 en L\u2019Esperance en St. Pere, Francia con tres estrellas Michellin. En 2008, se traslad\u00f3 a Caracas Venezuela, trabajando como Sous Chef en el Restaurante Le Petit Bistrot de Jaque. En julio de 2010, lleg\u00f3 a Santo Domingo donde acepta la posici\u00f3n de Chef de Cuisine para Mitre Restaurant Wine and Bar y en 2014 en Bottega Fratteli. En 2016, se traslad\u00f3 a Brisbane, Australia para trabajar como Chef en La Vue Restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Provost no es ajeno a Casa de Campo, fue parte de los <a href=\"https:\/\/casadecampoliving.com\/es\/flavors-of-the-world-edicion-dominicana\/\">eventos gastron\u00f3micos Flavors of the World del pasado a\u00f1o en junio<\/a> como uno de los chefs invitados para la edici\u00f3n dominicana junto con el Chef Tita, el Chef Giancarlo Bonarelli y Anthony Masas.
