Sin embargo, a menudo el trabajo, el estr\u00e9s, o simplemente el mal humor puede hacer que sea dif\u00edcil permanecer positivo durante todo el d\u00eda, olvidarese de hacer una comida saludable o hacer ejercicio. A menudo saltamos el desayuno porque no tenemos tiempo, y en cambio nos tomamos una taza de caf\u00e9 con el est\u00f3mago vac\u00edo y m\u00e1s tarde nos cargamos de mucha az\u00facar, pasta o pan, que ir\u00f3nicamente nos hace sentir a\u00fan m\u00e1s cansados.<br>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Anhelamos estos alimentos y es normal porque nos hemos predispuesto para ello. Despu\u00e9s de descansar durante 8 horas mientras dormiamos, nuestros cuerpos y mentes necesitan ser nutridos cuando <em>rompemos<\/em> el ayuno. Esta es la comida m\u00e1s importante del d\u00eda, as\u00ed que \u00a1hag\u00e1mosla sabrosa tambi\u00e9n! Lo que usted come es importante, pero la manera de hacerle sentir m\u00e1s feliz y m\u00e1s energizado es apoy\u00e1ndose a s\u00ed mismo. Est\u00e1 bien tener un mal d\u00eda, pero no est\u00e1 bien cuando te preparas para ese mal d\u00eda\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aqu\u00ed hay 3 sencillos pasos para comenzar su ma\u00f1ana con m\u00e1s energ\u00eda y positividad:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. &nbsp;Lo primero que debe hacer en la ma\u00f1ana, beber 1 taza de agua tibia con jugo de lim\u00f3n o lima. Esto literalmente le ayudar\u00e1 a limpiar su cuerpo y alcalinizarlo. Nuestro objetivo es hacer que nuestros cuerpos sean m\u00e1s alcalinos porque esto significa que las c\u00e9lulas m\u00e1s sanas se regeneran. \u00bfSab\u00eda usted que las enfermedades como el c\u00e1ncer odian un cuerpo alcalino?<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/casadecampoliving.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/lemon_water.jpg?resize=1000%2C667&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"lemon_water\" class=\"wp-image-139360\" height=\"667\" width=\"1000\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>2. Cuando te despiertas te invito a que no busques tu tel\u00e9fono y revises tus correos electr\u00f3nicos, noticias o Facebook. Eso inunda nuestras mentes con negatividad justo al levantarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su lugar, tome un momento para pensar o incluso mejor <strong>escribir<\/strong>&nbsp;todo por lo cual se siente agradecido. S\u00e9 que puede sonar tonto para algunos de nosotros, definitivamente fue lo que me sucedio a mi al principio.<em> \u00bfQu\u00e9 me dicen estos hippies? \u2026<\/em> La gratitud suena casi como un clich\u00e9 \u00faltimamente porque todo el mundo lo est\u00e1 diciendo, pero he aprendido que este es un instrumento poderoso. Con todo lo que sucede en el mundo, con todas las tragedias y el odio, es muy f\u00e1cil sentirnos agradecidos por lo que tenemos. Estamos dotados de otro d\u00eda con tantas nuevas oportunidades; \u00a1estamos vivos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e1 demostrado que la gratitud juega un papel importante en nuestra felicidad. As\u00ed que empieza con tres cosas por las que te sientes agradecido. Para m\u00ed, hoy es ser bendecida con salud, mi familia, y tener esta oportunidad de escribir. Disfrute de un delicioso desayuno a base de plantas, lleno de fibra, prote\u00ednas, amino\u00e1cidos esenciales y calcio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Este desayuno es tan f\u00e1cil que puedes hacerlo la noche antes! \u00a1As\u00ed que no hay excusas! Usted puede encontrar todos los ingredientes que necesita en los supermercados locales (s\u00ed, tanto Jumbo como el Nacional tienen&nbsp;<strong>todos<\/strong> los ingredientes):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 &nbsp; 1.5 tazas de leche de almendras sin endulzar&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 &nbsp; 5 cds. de semillas de chia&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 &nbsp; 1 cdts de miel&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 &nbsp; Frutas frescas para&nbsp;<em>topping<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 &nbsp; 1\/4 tazas de nueces \u2013 Lea el \u00fanico ingrediente debe ser nueces por lo que nada de aceite hidrogenado o cualquiera de esa cosa desagradable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un taz\u00f3n o un frasco agregue la leche de almendras, las semillas del chia, y la miel. Revuelva un par de veces mezclando todo junto hasta que las semillas de chia est\u00e1n completamente empapadas en leche de almendras.
