Seg\u00fan un viejo proverbio de Am\u00e9rica del Sur; \u00a1un buen caldo de hueso puede resucitar muertos! As\u00ed que sin duda te ayudar\u00e1 a mantenerte saludable. Contiene una amplia gama de minerales en una forma que son altamente absorbibles para&nbsp;el cuerpo y puede ayudarte a combatir la inflamaci\u00f3n e inhibir las infecciones. <a href=\"http:\/\/wp.me\/p1kvEy-rDU\">Este antiguo art\u00edculo tiene cierta informaci\u00f3n sobre mi super-alimento favorito, el caldo de hueso<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitamina D<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante tomar vitamina D todo el a\u00f1o, ya que te ayuda a mantenerte saludable, pero cuando&nbsp;te empiezas a sentir un poco enfermo o alguien con quien est\u00e1s en contacto frecuente se enferma, es&nbsp;a\u00fan m\u00e1s imprescindible. Incluso puede haber una relaci\u00f3n entre tus&nbsp;niveles de vitamina D y tus&nbsp;posibilidades de contraer la gripe. La mejor manera de saber cu\u00e1nta debes tomar es comprobar&nbsp;tus&nbsp;niveles con&nbsp;un an\u00e1lisis de sangre. Personalmente, cuando siento&nbsp;que me voy&nbsp;enfermar, duplico&nbsp;mi dosis durante unos d\u00edas. Si no sabes cu\u00e1nta debes tomar, consulta con tu&nbsp;m\u00e9dico en lugar de auto-dosificarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shots de Ajo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando empieces a tomarlos puedes tener por&nbsp;seguro que vas a&nbsp;oler a ajo, pero mejora tanto tus defensas que vale la pena. Trata de tomar un <em>shot<\/em>&nbsp;de ajo cada dos d\u00edas o cada pocos d\u00edas, al menos por supuesto, usted comiences a sentirse enfermo o est\u00e9s cuidando a alguien que lo est\u00e1, entonces&nbsp;trata de tomarte dos a tres al d\u00eda durante varios&nbsp;d\u00edas.
