Por suerte no s\u00f3lo hay maneras de ayudar a deshacerse de \u00e9l (piensa en eliminar toda&nbsp;esa az\u00facar, alimentos procesados y frutas por 30 d\u00edas) o trucos para ayudar a calmarlo para que no&nbsp;te&nbsp;dejes vencer cuando lleguen esos antojos repentinos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed te&nbsp;dejo algunos de mis <em>tips<\/em> favoritos para abstenerse de comer dulces:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desh\u00e1zte de los alimentos procesados<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tienes que&nbsp;hacerte a la idea de eliminar por completo o por lo menos reducir los alimentos procesados. Los carbohidratos refinados son altos en glucosa y pueden crear un pico de insulina, lo que inevitablemente conducir\u00e1 a una ca\u00edda y, por consecuencia, un antojo de az\u00facar. Si no puedes resistir a comerte unas galletas o anhelas una pasta aseg\u00farate de a\u00f1adirle grasas y prote\u00ednas saludables&nbsp;para evitar los picos de insulina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A\u00f1ade grasas saludables a su dieta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A muchos de nosotros nos aterrorizan las grasas, pero son un complemento muy importante para una dieta saludable e incluso pueden ayudarnos a&nbsp;combatir los antojos.
