A veces, los alimentos que creemos que son buenos pueden&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/wp.me\/p1kvEy-tEH\">hacernos m\u00e1s da\u00f1o&nbsp;que bien<\/a>&nbsp;y pueden interferir en nuestro objetivo de mantener nuestro cuerpo tan saludable como podamos.<br>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Espinacas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me encantan las espinacas y probablemente las como unas dos veces al mes. Con el tiempo me he dado cuenta que es un vegetal perfecto para ocultarlo en casi cualquier cosa \u2014 desde pasta hasta <em>pancakes<\/em>. Pero, al igual que muchos otros alimentos, la espinaca tiene un lado oscuro. Contiene altas cantidades de oxalatos que pueden contribuir a la formaci\u00f3n de c\u00e1lculos renales de oxalato de calcio, as\u00ed como la creaci\u00f3n de otros dep\u00f3sitos en el cuerpo que ocurren cuando los oxalatos se unen con el calcio en el cuerpo y puede potencialmente hacer da\u00f1o a la salud de la gl\u00e1ndula tiroides. Estos&nbsp;dep\u00f3sitos pueden causar&nbsp;dolor e&nbsp;inflamaci\u00f3n y, como resultado final, da\u00f1o oxidativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cocinarla puede disminuir los oxalatos, pero no lo suficiente como para hacer una diferencia significativa. Para la mayor\u00eda de las personas que est\u00e9n en buena salud, los oxalatos no ser\u00e1n&nbsp;un problema muy grave, pero&nbsp;les&nbsp;sugiero&nbsp;no comer espinacas m\u00e1s de una vez a la&nbsp;semana, <a href=\"http:\/\/wp.me\/p1kvEy-tCS\">\u00a1y no incluirla&nbsp;en sus smoothies!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se dice que las dietas bajas en oxalato ayudan a reducir el dolor de la fibromialgia, el s\u00edndrome de intestino irritable, cistitis intersticial y disfunci\u00f3n del suelo p\u00e9lvico, entre otros males. Por lo que si sufres de cualquiera de estos, o de disfunci\u00f3n tiroidea, \u00a1intenta evitar o reducir dr\u00e1sticamente tu&nbsp;consumo de espinacas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Vegetales de la familia&nbsp;<em>Solanaceae<\/em><\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los&nbsp;deliciosos miembros comestibles&nbsp;de la familia Solanaceae incluyen papas, tomates, berenjenas, pimientos, bayas de goji y cerezas de tierra. Algunos otros s\u00edntomas de la intolerancia a&nbsp;los solan\u00e1ceos incluyen depresi\u00f3n, ansiedad, estre\u00f1imiento, dolores de cabeza, n\u00e1useas y distensi\u00f3n abdominal, as\u00ed como el s\u00edndrome de intestino irritable. La forma m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de saber si sufres de intolerancia a los solan\u00e1ceos&nbsp;es simplemente eliminarlos de tu&nbsp;dieta por&nbsp;al menos tres semanas, y observar cualquier cambio en c\u00f3mo se siente tu&nbsp;cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Observando algunas&nbsp;dietas tradicionales de antes de nuestro tiempo, podemos&nbsp;notar que nuestros antepasados t\u00edpicamente acompa\u00f1aban los&nbsp;solan\u00e1ceos con l\u00e1cteos.
