Algunos se sienten m\u00e1s como enciclopedias que libros, \u00a1pero la mayor\u00eda son grandes lecturas! Pero a trav\u00e9s de los a\u00f1os, hay uno en especial que se ha destacado como un gran, y muy simple libro de introducci\u00f3n para cualquier persona que quiera llevar&nbsp;una vida m\u00e1s sana, pero que&nbsp;no sabe por d\u00f3nde empezar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><span id=\"E89\">Este libro en particular se llama <span id=\"E87\"><em>\u201cFood Rules: An E<\/em><\/span><em><span id=\"E88\">ater\u2019s<\/span><\/em><span id=\"E89\"><em>&nbsp;Manual\u201d<\/em><\/span>&nbsp;(Reglas de comida: El&nbsp;Manual del&nbsp;Comedor) de Michael Pollan. Este autor&nbsp;ha escrito varios libros sobre comida, pero \u00e9ste es&nbsp;por mucho&nbsp;el&nbsp;m\u00e1s sencillo. Es simplemente una lista de las \u201creglas\u201d f\u00e1ciles de seguir. As\u00ed que hoy pens\u00e9 en&nbsp;tratar de inspirarles al compartir algunos de los grandes consejos que Michael comparte junto con mis pensamientos respecto a&nbsp;ellos. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"E91\">Evita alimentos que contengan ingredientes que ning\u00fan humano ordinario tendr\u00eda&nbsp;en su despensa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Esto significa que debes leer muy&nbsp;bien&nbsp;las etiquetas! Los alimentos envasados \u201clibres de gluten\u201d suelen contener&nbsp;celulosa, goma xantana y otros aditivos que no encontrar\u00edas fuera de un laboratorio de alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"E97\">Evita alimentos que pretenden&nbsp;ser algo que no son<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los productos como las \u201ccarnes\u201d a base de soja, imitaciones de mantequilla que no est\u00e1n hechas de mantequilla o que no contengan ninguna crema pasan por cantidades extremas de procesamiento para&nbsp;transformarse en los productos finales. No son alimentos reales, son experimentos cient\u00edficos. As\u00ed que mant\u00e9nlos&nbsp;alejados&nbsp;de tu&nbsp;cocina y tu&nbsp;cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"E105\"><span id=\"E106\">Come tus colores<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E108\"><span id=\"E109\"><\/span>Los alimentos que se encuentran en la naturaleza vienen en una amplia variedad de colores, y con cada color vienen diferentes vitaminas, minerales y fitonutrientes. Para asegurarte de que est\u00e1s recibiendo una amplia gama de nutrientes,&nbsp;\u00a1come&nbsp;tantos colores como puedas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"E113\">Come animales bien alimentados<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span id=\"E119\">La&nbsp;dieta de un&nbsp;animal afecta directamente su calidad nutricional. La mayor\u00eda de los animales son m\u00e1s saludables cuando tienen acceso a hierba verde. Ten&nbsp;cuidado con&nbsp;los animales que su supone&nbsp;coman verduras, pero han sido&nbsp;alimentado con&nbsp;granos para que engorden. La carne de animales sanos que comen lo que la naturaleza les destina a comer, contiene&nbsp;niveles m\u00e1s altos de vitaminas y grasas omega-3. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"E121\">Come cuando tengas hambre, no cuando est\u00e9s aburrido<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Este consejo habla por s\u00ed solo- la comida es combustible, no una actividad recreativa. Pero muchos de nosotros usamos los alimentos como consuelo&nbsp;o recompensa.
