Con tan altas temperaturas es muy importante mantenerse hidratado. Pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 pasa si es de las personas que no les gusta tomar agua porque es ins\u00edpida y aburrida? Le tengo la soluci\u00f3n&nbsp;\u2013 \u00a1puede darle un toque de sabor a su agua y mantenerse hidratado mientras disfruta de una deliciosa bebida!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Lo \u00fanico que necesita es algunos productos frescos y una bonita jarra o dos para guardar en el <em>freezer<\/em>. Las combinaciones son infinitas, pero recuerde optar por frutas y vegetales frescos cuando sea posible, en vez de a\u00f1adir jugo a su agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paso uno:<\/strong> tome algunas frutas y vegetales y expr\u00edmalos hasta extraer sus sabores y jugos naturales. Si usa c\u00edtricos, recuerde remover la piel, si no, el extracto ser\u00e1 amargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paso dos:<\/strong> escoja algunas hierbas de su agrado y r\u00f3mpalas un poco y a\u00f1adalas a las frutas y vegetales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paso tres:<\/strong> llene la jarra de agua y gu\u00e1rdela en el freezer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfNo sabe qu\u00e9 combinaciones hacer?
