Hay pan blanco e integral, arroz blanco e integral. As\u00ed que es l\u00f3gico que elijamos siempre lo integral que parecer\u00eda lo m\u00e1s saludable, pero\u2026 \u00bfes siempre lo integral lo m\u00e1s saludable?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arroz; un alimento a menudo demonizado, pero oh-tan-delicioso, de la cocina Dominicana. Cuando se trata de perder peso o recuperar la salud, muchas personas ven el arroz como lo primero que deben excluir de su dieta.
