Si toma normalmente aceite de pescado 2 veces al d\u00eda, deje una de sus porciones para justo despu\u00e9s de su entrenamiento. Esto ayudar\u00e1 a reducir los niveles de cortisol despu\u00e9s de un entrenamiento y la inflamaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>4.&nbsp;<\/b><strong>Tome vitamina C<\/strong>.
