Lo mejor&nbsp;es que puede hacerla en grandes cantidades y guardarlas en el freezer para&nbsp;despu\u00e9s. \u00a1Disfrute!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 taza de copos de avena<\/li><li>1 banana madura<\/li><li>\u00bd taza de de la mezcla de su elecci\u00f3n (chispas de chocolate, semillas de girasol, semillas de calabaza, bayas goji, jengibre azucarado, nueces trituradas, canela, coco rallado).<\/li><li>Aceite de coco<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instrucciones:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pre-caliente el horno a 350 grados.<\/li><li>Mash the banana with a fork.<\/li><li>Add the oatmeal and mix-ins to the mashed banana.<\/li><li>Form into cookies and cook for about 12 minutes.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Si piensa congel\u00e1rlas, le sugiero duplicar (o triplicar) la receta.
