Son organismos vivos que mantienen nuestros intestinos, y por ende, nuestro cuerpo limpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos creen que la base de una buena salud empieza en los intestinos, as\u00ed que sin bacteria saludable nunca lograr\u00e1 una salud \u00f3ptima. &nbsp;Y aunque no hay nada de malo en tomar un suplemento probi\u00f3tico, personalmente prefiero la comida verdadera en vez de una pastilla. As\u00ed que aqu\u00ed est\u00e1n mis alimentos ricos en probi\u00f3ticos preferidos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Chucrut o Kimchi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El kimchi no es nada m\u00e1s que chucrut&nbsp;coreano, as\u00ed que ambos son repollo fermentado con especias diferentes. Literalmente como esto siempre que estoy en casa. Es tambi\u00e9n rico en otros grandes nutrientes incluyendo hierro, c\u00e1lcio y vitaminas. Tambi\u00e9n ayuda a digerir productos de origen animal as\u00ed que es una excelente adici\u00f3n a cualquier prote\u00edna animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. K\u00e9fir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e9cnicamente yogurt fermentado. Ya que el yogurt contiene muy pocos probi\u00f3ticos, no ser\u00e1 de mucha ayuda para la salud de los intestinos, as\u00ed que el k\u00e9fir es la opci\u00f3n adecuada. Parece y sabe justo como el yogurt bebible y viene en una variedad de sabores. Sirve como un muy buen bocadillo&nbsp;o para a\u00f1adirle a un smoothie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Sopa de Miso.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hecha de soja fermentada, arroz o cebada, est\u00e1 llena hasta el tobe con bacteria saludable y se dice que ayuda a mejorar la digesti\u00f3n.
